Update Japan: What is it like there? (March 17th 2011)

Yesterday, I got a disaster map in the mail. It told me where to go, in case of natural disaster. The first place it suggested was the park in front of my apartment building and the next place was  an elementary school down the street from work, It also showed what parts of town would be flooded in cases of Tsunami. My area is in the clear for both
