So Nina forced me to go swimming yesterday, but she did a good thing. I burned off the sushi I had in the afternoon with Karin. It was a double whammy day because I got to catch up with Karin my new friend, and Nina my long-time friend. Karin is so sweet, and it was so nice to talk to her about everything and anything. Nina managed to catch me
