I just saw this kid I knew from high school posting in the M4W personals section of the Baltimore area Craigslist. I don't know why, but this particularly freaks me out and totally reminds my why one should NEVER put pictures of oneself all over the internets.

I'm going to the gym like a fiend this week! I pretty much slammed into the brick wall at 142 lbs a few weeks ago, so I'm stepping things up this week and doing at least 45 minutes of cardio every day. The boys and I ran to Sol Yoga last Friday before dinner and did their $5 Friday Flow Yoga class before dinner on the creek. It's been four days ( Read more... )
