the news lately is so desturbing. the crimes committed against the war prisoners are so terrible. we've been doing alot of sharing in my classroom. Students have been sharing interviews they have done of their grandparents. I've learned so much, theres so many children whose families have strong work ethics. i appreciate that so much. its rewarding to work with working class people. thier grandparents reminded me of my family and the ideals ( Read more... )

i am addicted to the sopranos. i have only watched the first season but i am hooked. its strange, they have been criticized for being "anti-italian" and i guess they are, but i'm hooked anyway.
