i got annoyed with this diet. not quitting, but modifying it b/c i can't take the carb crash. my plan is to lemonade as much of the day as possible and then have a small healthy meal.
Carb crash? I didn't experience anything of the sort, but it sounds like you're going to the same type of plan I'm currently on. I've been losing about 1 pound per day since I modified the plan. Not as significant as the loss during the lemonade only phase, but still good, I think.
