i have finally started counting down the days... 22 to go... -
there is no day 3
i got annoyed with this diet. not quitting, but modifying it b/c i can't take the carb crash. my plan is to lemonade as much of the day as possible and then have a small healthy meal. -
day 2
my weight: 147lbs
the salt water thing still tastes awful... and i gained weight between yesterday and today... is that supposed to happen? -
more on day 1
so now i'm craving butter popcorn with bacon salt and some sharp cheddar cheese... and i have a headache... and chills... -
still day 1
the cayenne is almost too much for me... tomorrow i shall use less of it... i'm not hungry yet, but i am craving some pasta salad like i can't live w/o it... my mind keeps wandering to thoughts of pasta salad with some triscuits...
i can do this... it's worth it... but i can't stop thinking about pasta salad... please tell me the craving stop -

so begins my journey on the lemonade diet...
my weight: 144.5lbs
the salt water thing is AWFUL!!! and juicing 5 lemons is hard work when you do it by hand...

so the old toybox we had as kids is now in my possession again... it has a circus theme painted all over it and it needs to be updated safety-wise... we're trying to figure out exactly how we plan to give it a makeover.. it will require the purchase of at least one power tool and a few minor items... it shall look more pirate-ish when we finally ( Read more... ) -

so, tonight we moved the crib and put the crib mattress on the floor.... we shall see how this goes... now the trick is to remember to close the gates at night and not leave things where he can get to them...
