It's America's holiday today. I could use a parade, some sparklers, a BBQ and anything of that sort but alas, it's supposed to rain rain rain. Wonderful.

I love seeing fireworks, I hope I get to see at least a few this year.

So last night was x's & y's show at the art gallery next door. I love little art galleries, they seem to have so much more character than most places. Anyways..I tried to do better socially this time but it didn't seem to work. I seem to have a huge problem with feeling like people don't like me when they just don't know me. Stressing out over not having enough money for rent this month, my mom suprised us by giving us a couple hundred to make it and have money till next payday.

To make things better, she suprised us by saying her and my dad are giving Mark and I $10,000 for a downpayment when we're ready to buy a house.

How amazing is that?

Mark and I found this really cool old medicine cabinet the other day and we decided to fix it up! It's in pretty good shape for sitting out in the rain a couple days.
