Juuri Kuran, definately. Your sections II and III remind me a lot of her, especially the bit regarding how you'd eliminate your enemies - Kaname has proven that he can and he WILL kill someone for his personal interests/plots and he'll definately use others too (look at what he did with Zero in the manga), so I think Juuri fits you better.
