Review: Taste of Park Plaza

I joined Sr. et Sra. Il Consiglieri last night for the Taste of Park Plaza. $40. Eight stops. Food and beverage at each.  All to benefit the Boston Food Bank. In order of our restaurants:

I am so jealous of you right now! And those are GREAT food reviews. Suck it, Yelp!

Some thoughts:

1. Lukewarm salmon? Bad SWAN CAFE!!
2. Mead-like Riesling would be in my contract if I like, had roadies and stuff.
5. Leave wine alone, Iowa or Indiana! Jeez!!
6. Boring bruschetta actually pisses me off. M and Scm's is so hit or miss.
7. Damn, I've been avoiding chowder all summer, but that sounds awesome. Thick and rich!
8. I don't like Todd's taste in decor, but yay surf and turf tacos!
9. Gin and tonic is the perfect summer drink. Also good in winter, spring and fall.

I definitely want to hit The Melting Pot some time. I do loves me some fondue!
