Our court system was so corrupt in Jane's class. One year, she made it mandatory for us to "sue" someone at least once during the year. Which was completely ridiculous, and just made us all hate each other even more. We would take people to court for putting a piece of paper in the trash can and not the recycle bin.
And I was so unpopular, that I was never elected into any court position, until I ran against myself for court secretary or something like that. And that was the last semester of 8th grade.
And I still didn't understand the court system until my media law class in college. So that shows what I learned in junior high.
