Answer to the first question: Loreal (Can you believe it?) came out with this fusia streeking kit. I used a couple boxes of that (though now, since my hair is so short, it only would take one) and covered my whole head, instead of streeking it. It works, and its permanent!
Second: My boots were found at a thrift store, and the laces at hot topic.
