For some reason my boss scheduled a field trip to visit one of the companies we cover on 2/14. The factory was in Maine. I ended up spending most of the day on the plane, at the airport, in the car, and with my boss, investors and execs that are >5 yrs older than me and of my opposite gender. I declare my new room awesome. It has 4 large windows and 1 large closet, and is fully furnished (with the exception of chairs and a rug). My flatmates are also very sweet. The apt has a large bbq-grill-equipped balcony facing the 8th ave. I've also gotten a fair amt of cardio everyday by walking to and from the office. It's a 20 min walk one way ( Read more... )

9:00 began a practice test
9:38 climbed back to bed after doing 38 questions
11:28 woke up again; resume the practice test
1:05 finished taking the practice test; checked the answers; climbed back to bed again
1:40 got out of bed; ready to study but ended up procrastinating
2:05 really ready to study.

Just read rdbutts's piece on DC and realized that it ranks #3 as a city in the US in terms of the amount of time that I have spent. I actually have a lot to say about the city as I had such great times there. For now is a mini run-down review on museums ( Read more... )
