Part 2 of Toughness Goals and Doubt

Writing about doubt or depression is hard for me.  When I'm feeling good, I don't have much to say about the subject.  When I'm feeling bad, I don't want to talk about it.  So I'll split the temporal difference and write about it how it felt in light of the fact that most of it has thankfully passed.

Look how far you have already come in training. From seven months until the event down to five weeks. You can do it! You are so close to your goal. I'm glad you are in a good place now and hope that it continues until the race. I do understand self doubt very well, luckily there is always a sunny side on the other side of that. Good luck!
