Dear various computerized search mechanisms,
What happened to wildcards? What happened to me having to ask if I wanted you to find words inside words? It's not that I object, really, to finding "elves" and "elvish" when I ask for "elf", or finding "danced", "dancing", and "dancer" when I ask for "dance" -- I could have misremembered what I was ( Read more... ) -

Yesterday evening I programmed a new version of the character questions game, which I haven't played in forever (and wasn't actually all that interested in playing, once I had the program running. But the programming was fun). And I wrote this:

But I wrote my lecture notes already, so I should be doing real math, which is hard to do when distracted.
