Let me guess: the "false dichotomy" is between the genders. Because that thing, whatever it is, looks like a Buddha with boobs.

Sorry iden, I don't see any boobies nor any belly. I do however see the fetus of conjoined twins trying to separate themselves. You can almost see the discouraged look on the face of the right one.
