Then again this PSA is pretty dull - I got bored about a minute into it, which is where it should've ended, really; the rest is just chewing on the punchline. It's the script of Final Destination meets the clumsiness of Ctrl+Alt+Del, if you wish

Point missed. It's not supposed to be a movie, or entertaining. It's supposed to be a realistic (well, almost) set of consequences of one single action. It's too long to air as a TV commercial, really, but it may have more impact in a driver's ed class, because they'll have more time to talk about it, rather than giggle through the silly setup in a whole film. My only complaint is the dramatic music toward the end, which *does* try to make it more film-like. No background music in real life..

in most european countries the age for being able to get a license is 18, i think it's that for uk too.

It's 16 or 17 in many states here - although there are sometimes restrictions, like must have an adult in the car, can't drive late at night, etc.
