why is it that i can never sleep when i need to most? it's 4:30 am. i have to be up in 3 and a half hours. i pulled an all nighter sundya night cuz i didn't feel like doing my lit paper or sleeping. i went to bed at 5am the next night and had to be up for an 8am class. i don't know what's wrong with me. it's way past messed up sleep patterns from ( Read more... )
