I don't understand why these jackholes are posting jobs requiring multi-year experience on a college web site. I understand that sometimes people work, get laid off/quit/whatever and go back to school, but a lot of us are entry level and don't have any goddamn experience. I hate that shit, how do I get experience in my field if no one will hire me

I apply either way. You probably do have experience, just not paid experience. All the time you went to school to master the field you chose, that counts as experience to me. You'll catch on quick. Just apply!
