I'm sure that everybody who might read this LJ already knows about the way the recent run of SFWA Bulletins has apparently been watching too much Mad Men and decided the gender mores of 1962 were totally the way to represent women in its pages and on its cover.  If not, do read E. I had never heard of the phenomenon until my mother mentioned it as if it were a known thing. She sounded very sure; I...shied away from asking her as to the nature of her certainty, for fear of some dreadful story involving my uncle or one of his friends. I just DO NOT WANT TO KNOW.

Thanks! It would be best when read out loud to Henderson, Resnick, and Malzburg loudly, and shaking them by their collars at suitable moments, I think.
