Um, I'm finshed with my first semester of Grad School!!!!!

That's pretty much the most exciting thing ever!!!   :) 

To me it's officially winter in Boone... why... well, it's snowing outside... it's so gorgeous, and I haven't seen snow in about 6 1/2 years... only once on my drive back to Gordon, many years ago... well not many... just the 6 1/2 I've described previously...

Thanks to everyone whose been praying for my Aunt Sue since May when we found out she was in the "final stages" of Colon Cancer...

She had surgery about 2 weeks after she found out... and they were able to remove about 85% of it... and has been in Chemotherapy since her surgery recovery...

It's been fall break since Thursday... of which I managed to jack up my ankle on the first day and proceeded to sit in a chair in my apartment for the remaining three days... why... because the doctor told me not to be up on it and that I would need crutches for a week ( Read more... )

So I seem to have these spurts of emotion lately.  One minute I'm incredibly happy, the next I don't even know what I'm doing here... it fluctuates more than I would like it to.

School is almost killing me... some days I feel like I'm all caught up, the next day I feel totally overwhelmed... it really just depends on the day anymore.
