the track team won state heh...it was sweet, i didn't do as well as i wanted to and my times weren't the best, but we won and that's all that really matters...i got 3rd in the 100 with 11.10, and 4th in the 200 with 22.64...neither of those times being close to my best, but our 4x4 killed the competition, i tried to run under 50, but i only got 50. i did it

i conquered the odds, even the odds that i had put on myself...i didn't think i'd be able to run today, at all...it's a miracle...i couldn't even run a 200 yesterday, but after a night of acupuncture, morning of physical therapy, some advil, and mills' special tech...i ran, i'm really happy and i feel incredibly fortunate...

well...on thursday, i ran 10.8, but i lost...got 2nd place...i was a little disappointed in myself, but it's ok because i'll get two more rematches, possibly 3 or 4 including state...and i couldn't quite break the meet record for the 200 which was 21.7, i ran 22.0 again, like last week...but these times aren't so bad considering i hadn't trained ( Read more... )

wow this sucks

ok so after getting all my thoughts out, i think i can move on and now i'm feeling better about things

so on sunday, i did a ton of thinking about colleges and such...i needed a school where there was good track (div 1 or 2 so that i can get a scholarship) as well as a good physics program...i looked up the top physics schools according to usnews...and at the top was caltech and MIT, but those are div 3 schools so if i'd wanted to go there, it'd ( Read more... )
