Thanks, Lyn. Bring everything you've got to the table if you're in for this. It's going to get really nasty if we have to fight him. I know he has some sort of fighting style that lets him do battle at both long and short range, and it sounds like conventional attacks might be tough to pull off against him.

But he can't be invincible.

...I'm going to need to know exactly just what you can do. I know Patchouli was an extremely capable magician, but I don't know just what you're capable of yourself.

...How powerful is your magic, and can it potentially be used with lethal force?

Well, I'm not stronger than Miss Patchouli was-[At the very least, not under present conditions...]-but I can hold my own... [Those kunai-esque shots she used in dealing with the Tease before might come to mind...what Adell hasn't seen yet is just how quickly and how many she can fire off at one time.]

I've...never actually had to try to use lethal force, though, so I'm not sure...

...You may have to. I'd really hope it won't come to it that you'll need to fight like that. But if you have to fight to protect yourself or others, don't hold anything back. Because he won't either.

I want to help. [Will he be of any help? Or will he get in the way depends on your way of thinking really. Normally he's a sit on the sidelines and rush in when help is needed rather than join a group. He also knows you said you're not a mob, but this kind of talk makes him nervous. Hazama is dangerous. I know you have an oath never to kill and not to allow others to be killed under your watch.

...If you accept, you have to understand that there might be a chance Hazama might die if we get the jump on him. And honestly, most people who are interested in stopping him from his world want nothing short of that. And Hazama himself has no compunction about killing either, I'm sure.

...What I'm trying to say is that this will likely get very ugly. And probably not in a way you'd like. I don't want to turn you away, but you have to be prepared that things might take a turn for the worst.
