my mom's grounding me unless I have all A's and B's...I have ONE C!!! ONE FUCKING 76% and she's liek "NOPE! Grounded!"

gawd I can't wait to move in with Hunter...and not have to deal with her.

Sounds like my situation.. haha. My dad and I used to fight like cats and dogs over my grades. Except for now that I actually have moved out with my boyfriend I realize that he was right and his intentions were good, however much of a prick he really was. Moving in with your boyfriend right after high school can really put a strain on the relationship, as I've noticed. It also makes it harder to get on your feet and go to college when you have to worry about rent and working. But besides that, it's merely a test of strength! :) Just thought I'd add my two cents, I know you'll be fine!

thank you!!! i've been kinda freaking out about it. He and I are getting a place with two of our friends...so it's not liek it'll be JUST the two of us. lol. and i know my mom's nagging me for my own good when it comes to grades and graduation, but when she grounds me and takes my cell phone away for two days b/c i left a sleeping bag in our dining room(which we don't use)...it's the little things that she blows up at me for. i want her to realize that i don't NEED her anymore that way. she doesn't have to be on my case all the time.

and thank you again for the input. nobody else has really talked to me about it.
