I think I’ve been coming to this realization for some time, but I really like cooking. I’m not claiming to be good at it or anything, but I’ve definitely improved. It’s very therapeutic. I used to hate cooking-but mostly because it took time that I felt I didn’t have. Now I know that I feel better and eat better when I take the time to cook for ( Read more... )
