I hopped on the scales this morning and I have lost 2 kilos.
That's 4.4 pounds for anyone not Australian.
Yesterday I went a little over my points, but it’s the first day I’ve done that.
This week I hope to lose half a kilo (around 2.6 pounds).
So the numbers stand at;
Current Weight: 94.8kg (208.9 pounds)
Weight Lost: 2kg (4.4 pounds)
Goal Weight: 77kg
