never mind what i was going to post - i want to write my essay.

P.S. i've finally mastered the honey soy chai latte on the cheap cheap coffee machine in my kitchen. should anyone wish to drop by for coffee, chai, hot chocolate or any other crazy demand for a drink, please do.

Jazz music, art on television, red wine enough to make typing a pleasant challenge, conversations out the front of the house under pretty iron lacework, dinner on its way to be delivered.... and 1500 words left to write before tomorrow. this is the perfect student life indeed.

so what i didn't notice when i was sent these nosy centrelink forms (which assume there is some chance that i might be sleeping with my male housemate and want to know if they can deduct anything from my payments) was the threat that they'd cancel my payments if i didn't return the forms two days ago. this isn't the usual couple of pages to check ( Read more... )

it's 11.24 and i've finally passed the half-way mark! if only every sentence didn't require a footnote, i'd be finished the damn thing by now.
