Sakura Girl lyric

There are two versions of translation shared at news_jpop, but somehow both have parts that aren't the same with what I inferred from the lyric and what I was told about the lyric too '___' .

So, is there anyone care to share with me your idea about Sakura Girl lyric?

Really, that last line confused me a lot too when i read it in the kanji lyrics D: I couldn't think of how I would actually translate it! (which is why i never translate songs, they're more confusing and easier to translate wrongly D:)

When i first heard the line, i thought it meant something like "You could say that it did something to me, who didn't know about this" or something along those lines? But i'm not 100% sure either, thats just what first came to mind when i heard the line in the song XD; I didn't take the "って言うのさ" to mean that someone said something, since sometimes it's used with a different meaning? Kind of like "~って言うか" which is kind of like "how should I put it/or rather to say".

But really, i'm not sure. And the only thing i know about the verb "Dekiru" is that it means "able to do". I was never taught anything other than that, sorry D: But yeah, that last line is hard to figure out, this is why i don't like translating songs XDD;

Hopefully someone can give you some more helpful information that me XD
