i wonder if i started to keep a list of everything i ate on this if it would help me to lose weight.
and write down when i exercised. since tracy is the only one that reads this anyways i won't have to worry about boring anyone to death lol

No but really, a while back when I was trying to lose some weight I made a food journal and it actually really helped. It made me feel guilty eating things I shouldn't have been eating because I knew at the end of the day I'd have to write it down. It's not a bad idea. Give it a try :)
