Twelve years ago today, I was going through my third day of being induced. After Evan's heart rate started decelerating and my cervix wouldn't dilate, I had a c-section.

Happy 12th birthday, Evan! I hope you have a wonderful year!

Yesterday Sarah came home from school with some great news! She is in a painting class at school, and her art teacher wants to enter one of Sarah's paintings in a local exhibit!

I am so happy for her!

OMG. This is just too funny.

I was watching the news last night, and This story was on. I started cracking up. I don't know how the anchor was able to keep a straight face, since I find it hysterical! I don't know what this guy was thinking. Wouldn't a frozen pizza down your pants be a bit obvious? Not to mention, cold?

Today it's all about the food!

I am making Eggs Benedict for brunch and for dinner tonight will be ham with slow-roasted asparagus and Lemon-Thyme sauce. And then for dessert, it's cookie mania!

Remind me next year what a PITA Eggs Benedict is to make!

I found a bunch of fun fall menu planners that I've been printing out and putting on my fridge so we always know what's for dinner. The first one is my personal favorite, although all of them are cool!
