NO harm in going to the call-out (is that like a try out?)!!!!! The only thing that could possibly be construed as a "horrible idea" from my vantage is if you are worried about getting injured, which yeah I think that's understandable. They are trying to get a Lafayette League going. They had a call-out tonight at Great Skates here in Lafayette. It's a brand-new league and they know we are all newbies so they are giving us 6 months before they schedule any bouts. Derby practice is every Tuesday night from 6:30-8:30 @ Great Skates! Maybe after your little one is born you can join us!
