It is of a very certain, human Waddle Dee holding up a sign much too large for him. It seems he's kind of stumbling a little even trying to hold it, but surely it will get the message across:

Dee immediately jots up another sign and holds it up to his roomie.

~ No problem! Maybe we can do all sorts of things that humans do at the prom like dance and make-out, though I don't know how to do either. Not that it'll stop me, cause we have willpower on our side, don't we Dee? ~

[Dee is completely derp and is mistaking 'make-out' for 'doing each others' makeup'. Dee would try make-up, so why not!

He nodded happily and raised his arms up, as if trying to assert that. Yes! Willpower! For... fun stuff! He was more gung-ho when it came to non-dangerous willpower.]
