I was going to write about the weather, but I'll spare you that. No, this time I'm talking about food.

The only thing I can think of is the nutrient content. Lots of home cooking that tastes awesome has loads of fat in it too. But making it with real veggies and stuff should preserve some of the actual nutrients.

Of course, you could just bypass the need for that by taking vitamins, and then you're back where you started.
