so it definetly has been a lng time since i have updated this.. ABBY convinced me to do it <33 haha soo im not so sure what to talk about.. it may be kind of pointless since no one reads it.. cept liz of corse <3 so i guess i'll start it.. i dunno umm .. i hate school but today was quite different.. umm the only class that changed was i see no more ( Read more... )

LOL, you know i totally read your journal! from first to last. every word. :P

OMGOSH!!!!! YOU GOT WEIGHTLIFTING?!!!! i had that for like 2/3 years..

all you have to do.. [when you don't wanna do the exercises] ..is NOT do them. lol just like all those pilate things and kicking your feet up.. NO.. it's dumb. it works & you WILL get into shape.. but it's stupid! and it hurts like no other mother! after the first couple of days and laying down flat for like 72 hours straight.. you'll be good to go! and coach bishop is so awesome. he was one of my favorite teachers. his brother was my other favorite! haha.. coach johnny bishop. & larry. ANDDDDDDD.. another thing is.. if you don't wanna do something & you're on your period.. all you have to do is say "i have cramps.. can i sit this one out?" and he'll make you clean his office or something. i did that for like 2 months. LOL he might make you sweep out the weight room, too, but it can get pretty dirty in there & it's better than doing all of those bending, stretching, lifting crap. < ( ... )

it totally helped me.. those are my new excuses.. yeah.. my arms hurt like.. bad haha haha, i dunno tho. i'm not too fond of it at all.. haha
