i'm down 3.5! it's a pretty good start i guess, 17.5 more to go until gw1. i've decided to try out the abc diet. u guys are so motivating, i feel really confident that i can stick to it :D

walk, don't run. it will be slower, but it will tone your legs instead of developing a lot of muscle. go to the gym and use the weight machines. use enough weight that you can feel it, but not so much that your muscles ache the next day. small weight resistance will increase your caloric burn and tone your muscles without bulking you up.
