ugg, well, i had a really bad week, my dad was in the hospital and i had no choice but to eat crap or starve in the hospital. but this week will be tons better, i'm back on track and doing things my way, and i started weight watchers today, so here's to seeing if i can ignore calories and concentrate on eating healthy while still losing weight.

moved back into the dorms this week, started classes up again. it's just been really horrible for dieting. i have managed to get to the gym everyday, so i feel a little better about it.

grrrrr i hate the dining hall. i shouldn't even go, but it's hard to not be with your friends.
