Hey! First of all, I'm sorry it's been so long since I posted anything. Live Journal says it's been 10 weeks. But I was busy... and then I just plain old forgot my password. Stupid needing numbers and letters...

I made it to the end! Go me!

Sounds like an awesome trip. Yay Livejournal for letting me hear about it in detail. :) I particularly enjoyed the "Hungarian movie star" part.

Did you buy my bag in Buda or Pest? :)

Once again, you make me want to travel. Some day... I'll make up for my lack of travel so far in life by doing a ton of it later. Hopefully.

I guess that I bought it in Pest. It was on this really neat pedestrian street that had neat little shops along either side. The store I bought it from was really funky... I could have spent WAY too much time in there, but thankfully there were others with me to help move me along before I went broke!

Cool.

That's what I need - people to drag me away from buying stuff. I bought a bracelet in the concourse today. I'd forgotten how dangerous the concourse is with all those vendors. And it's not like I can really avoid it. Getting from the DAWB to the dining hall would be a pretty big pain without walking through there.

Meagan,

This entry was not only informative of your super cool European trip, it was also quite, quite witty. "I pretty much wanted to punch her in the face," was a memorable line. Your misfortunes, as unfortunate as they were, will very enjoyable to read about. I was picturing you hopelessly trying to flag down a taxi, and I was reminded of your Spanish run-in with the taxi service and perhaps thought your reputation preceded you across Europe. LOL.
Yeah, I snorted with laughter a few times.
Glad your trip was fun!
Stuck between two smelly guys, haha.
