I am hopefully buying a house off Hilburn in Pensacola. I imagine my parents are going to flip their proverbial shit when I tell them I am a homeowner. I'm freaking out with anxiety about it, but I think it is going to turn out to be a really good thing. It's three bedrooms and two baths and, for the time being, is just me and Putnam. I don't know

that's great, both of my Aunts are in the real estate business, in fact one of them own SGR. anyway, investing in a home is the best things you could ever do. renting is for the birds. put in your contract that you would like the owner to leave the appliances or replace them. make that part of the deal, happens all the time. good luck (or whatever it's called), you deserve it.
