Stewsday Returns
A wonderfully peppery beef stew, and a very nice 2007 Merlot to go with it thanks to Chris's birthday gift -- this whole "making yourself dinner" is pretty okay. It helps that I have clearly mastered the art of putting in almost too much pepper. Whew.

An interesting interview.
A pro-Wrestler giving a pretty good interview about MMA is an odd thing. But CM Punk does a great job. 30 minutes of out-of-character (mostly) talk that I found pretty entertaining.
