Last night, i bought a season pass to the local swimming pool - and this morning, I woke up at 5am, so that I could go and exercise ...  *dies*

Beth went every single day last season, and she's happy to crack the whip on me - so off we went together this morning all bleary eyed and did laps!!

By the time I got out of the water my legs were like

You'll probably find that as you get fitter you'll feel much better all day. Wow - I admire your commitment! If I didn't have my kids I'd be tempted to do that as I've got a pool right next door to where I work. Unfortunately they need nagging to get up and get to school (teenagers are so much work!!) LOL!
