I'd like to take credit but I just had the concept. A friend who builds stage props has been the chief builder. I'm playing the role of the evil financial guy as I'm footing the bill for the whole thing. I'm also the guy that gets to find the hard stuff. I found and bought the phone, the electronic doodad that will coordinate the lights with the TARDIS sound and the authentic English Police Call Box lock that had to be ordered from England and took 3 weeks to get in. You would not believe how much a TARDIS costs to build.

Oh and I get to store and transport it.

Originally it was just supposed to be a photo prop. But we have decided to rent it for weddings and events and take it to conventions and schools.
