There are some days when I feel most motivated, but there are also days when I feel unmotivated to the point of just wanting to give up on a personal goal. (The phase of feeling unmotivated often feel so much more longer for me

Writing is my biggest nightmare. I hate it passionately. And the most certain way to kill any thoughts I might have is for me to have to write them down, they all disappear right away. I really hate writing. I am also crap at it (which I don't mind at all). I think if I had to choose life in prison or having to write a book in most luxury suites of most luxury hotels anywhere in the world I would choose the former.
I am terrible at writing too, but my ultimate goal is to write for personal fulfillment, not necessarily to write a book. I stopped looking it as a skill but rather just simply putting whatever it is on my mind through paper. But I've also written letters throughout my childhood to the point where that was the only way I could ever make friends. And then as a diary keeper, that even my most unwanted thoughts has been recorded. Then that eventually ties into acceptance of things, like life's tragedy, and in turn, has given me a way to face them.
But I suppose that is how we differ, and that is OK too. I find it interesting knowing another person's perspective on things that has helped me.
But in literal sense, I do hope you never have to choose between life in prison and having to write a book in a posh location.
I'm at my worse when I am unmotivated. Now that I am in school, I can't afford to be. (I'm a college drop out.. twice now, haha)
I get you. Sometimes 'tone' of wording can be misconstrued as well. (I don't know if you apply that with your way of sharing your thoughts on your journal because I think you're quite more on the 'friendly' tone, haha.)
Liam is such an amazing person to you (sorry, I stalk your blog haha) and sometimes it is better to have someone who can give actual feedback instead of rationalizing things on my own.

I'm glad that even if you weren't able to get a job in your field, you enjoy the job you have now. That is what matters most. (I also love libraries).
Haha, it seems like they're expecting you to 'sound more diplomatic' even in emails and what not. Haha.
Yes! I used to roleplay for this anime called "Fruits Basket" and "Gundam" based one.. hahaha!!! Good times!
