I fully agree! Harry Potter has symbolism, foreshadowing and everything else a podcast needs, not something like TWILIGHT. It's like making a podcast for Meg Cabot.

That is the reason I can't get too into the Twilight fandom. I hate almost all of the people in there. No one can maturely talk about the books.

I think the books (well, I only read the first book in the series, but I couldn't bear to read the rest) are pretty bollocks to be honest, but I'm really looking forward to the film because of Robert Pattinson ♥

Gack, fanatical Twilight fans. It seems like most of the fans are like you described, as noted by their worship of Edward. HE WANTS TO EAT BELLA, PEOPLE. NOT SO FANTASTIC. He's the perfect guy that little girls fantasize about and it's just such a misconception because no matter how great a guy may be, he's not EDWARD CULLEN.
