It's been a week!
Actually, more than a week since I've arrived in Ireland.
I've relocated to Ireland in August as I started a new position here.
Why Ireland? Well, I was not prepared to leave my current company, but I did want some overseas work experience. That left me with few options - US was too costly, China was too crowded, which left me with Ireland.

How did a whole month go by?!
I thought I did a pretty good job at being reflective. But looking at my May goals, clearly I have not been making much progress, aside from completing more books.
Given that we are halfway through June (AND 2020), I think less is more.- Read 1 book
- Practise 1 act of kindness daily
- Meditate weekly

WANderlust - Tehran 2015
Did you know that Iranian taxi drivers listen to K-pop too? On our long drive from Kashan to Tehran, our taxi was filled with the sounds of Gangnam Style, Gentleman and other trending K-pop songs. As much as I enjoy the genre, it can be a bit too much for my sensibilities, particularly when I was trying to nap. :p

WANderlust - Abyaneh & Kashan 2015
Experiences shape how memorable a trip can be. And some of my favourite times in Iran was spent with Fatemeh, a guide we were introduced to on our day tour of Abyaneh. WANderlust - Isfahan 2015
Our next stop was Isfahan, and we dropped by Meybod, Chak Chak and Na'in enroute from Yazd.
One of the more unusual sights I saw in Iran was in Meybod - a 200 year old pigeon tower. Designed to house thousands of pigeons, these towers were used by farmers to collect droppings as fertiliser. How ingenious is that? What was more impressive was the ( Read more... ) -
