I knew I was fat. I knew I had to lose weight. Just took that home body fat test and here are the results:
I have 26.6% body fat. I have 37.2 Pounds of fat and 102.8 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
I am over a 1/4 of fat!!! I am so disgusting. So disgusting. I can't believe it. Even with my big "child bearing" hips I'm still a fatty. Yuck!

Okay. Here's what I do. During the ones with stars before them, I just dance like crazy, but I also have some weights out, so during the slower songs (The ones without stars) I can just workout on my own with the weights or I do crunches or squats or leg presses or leg lifts or pushups or whatever. It's good, because it's serious, but at the same time you get to have some fun every once in a while.
My favorite songs are the first two. :]
