"Time Will Tell" Playlist

Jul 07, 2010 17:00

I have decided to make mini-playlists (5 songs each) for every episode of Season 2. Also, to make it more challenging, I didn't let myself put down any of the songs that were in the actual epi. in the playlists. I also did playlists for Season One, too, which are here.

Just for safety's sake, I don't own Warehouse 13 or the songs on the playlists.

While this is a playlist, I don't have the zip files. Sorry.

So, review and tell me what you think!

Warning: Spoilers for "Time Will Tell" and, to be safe, the entire Season 1.

Time Will Tell

First playlist of Season Two! I mainly put in a lot of songs about family and home, since that was the general message that the episode was trying to get across. I had so many songs that I wanted to put on here, but I decided to stick with my 5 song format. They’ll probably show up in the other playlists sometime soon.

This is Home - Switchfoot

And yes, the tradition of songs with completely obvious titles comes back for this season! On the more serious side, this song really catches the essence of how everyone was feeling about the warehouse and each other by the end of the episode.

I’d Come For You - Nickelback

Mainly a song centering on Artie and Claudia’s plot, and how Artie said he’d follow her for the rest of her life if she tried to run.

15 Step - Radiohead

A song centering on MacPherson and Wells, especially love the line “you cut the string” and the edgy tone of the song makes for a good song for both villains.

London Calling - The Clash

I felt bad about not giving Pete and Myka their own song for their plot, and then remembered listening to this a while back!

Come Home - OneRepublic

Another Artie and Claudia song. Well, can I help it if they had a killer plot? Parts of this song are from Claudia’s viewpoint, and others are from Artie’s. The lyrics of this song apply to this episode because it talks about how each makes up for what the other lacks, making it a song about their partnership, too.
