How strange is it that when you said "death with a coke habit," I thought you meant Coca-Cola at first? >.> Not that I have any such habit myself or anything like that... *coughs and surreptitiously hides the Diet Coke can that was sitting on her desk*

You could always go into psychological research instead of counseling if the subject still interests you. I've always been fascinated by psychology, but no way would I ever be able to help other people with their problems (I have enough of my own that I can't solve as it is XD;;). But yeah... taking it slow and playing it by ear for now is a good way to go. One thing I've learned, both from my experiences and others', is that things don't always go As Planned, so it's best not to lock yourself into any one path at the outset.

Yeaah. I don't think I'd be the best person to help people either, all things considered. I'm far too angry and passionate and rageful for that. Part of the reason I keep being badgered into law. X3 I'd definitely look into the research part if it still interested me in a year's time, though! That's the nice thing about doing an English degree- it means I CAN play things by ear.

I found French a little easier to speak, but then the verb tenses are just sgdsh. And you're right, German is awesome to say out loud. XD Arabic is just a beautiful language, and I'd love to take a crack at learning a language with different alphabets/ characters. WHY YES, I AM A MASOCHIST.

Gah! O_O That kinda sounds like me this past weekend. Had a tooth removed last week and ended up having to stay at home, missing a couple of classes in the process and getting lots of homework, and it doesn't help that the finals are on the way! Aw, thanks! x3 The worst of it is over now thankfully. It was a wisdom tooth that needed to go. (I wrote about my torturous ordeal in my journal xD) It healed ok after but the nerves in my jaw really acted up and I had a lot of pain to deal with for awhile after. XO It still hurts to this day sometimes but at least my painkillers help now. Here's to feeling better for the both of us! ♥
