What the hell.

Why is there always something stupid happening at this school? Everyone is walking around staring at the floor like they're embarrassed about something. Judging from what holiday just passed, I can ONLY IMAGINE what kind of bullcrap I thankfully missed while I was on sabbatical. I probably couldn't get anyone to explain what happened-- that is, if ( Read more... )

[Hello someone who needs to be enlightened]

Actually, it all depends on the trainer. I would personally never use my pokemon to harm humans, unless they want to battle against my pokemon. Pokemon are also prone to wanting to fight other pokemon. They've done it for hundreds, no, thousands of years. It's kinda like their hobby, I guess.

Ok... but why do the pokemon allow themselves to be... subjugated like that?

I'm not even completely sure what happened.

But it looks like everyone keeps saying they felt like they got stung by something and next thing they know everything's a blur and they start acting weird, then the next day they wake up and are normal but remember it.

I was affected too.

You can bet someone's behind this.

But frankly, I don't feel like finding out who.

Someone IS, but who...? Someone would have to gain amusement from this sort of thi-- ...

[And then it clicks.]

Eggman. I bet he was behind it. He would do something like this. I can't really prove it, but... it sounds like him, doesn't it?

... You know what? Could be. Of course, he's not the only one with bad intentions in the school. Let's not jump to conclusions.

But... maybe this is worth investigating after all.

Oh. Uhm. Yesterday. That was. Uhm. Er. It. Uhm.

*KEYBOARDSMASH* shbhgdfkhbr People should just forget about it.

...

...oh, Pokemon? Uhm. Well, I'm a Pokemon. And I don't have a trainer. And I guess I don't really like fighting like other pokemon. Am I even a real Pokemon? What's up with tha I guess you'd have to ask one who has a trainer!

Yeah, that's what everyone seems to want. But just forgetting it might not be the best idea... still, none of my business.

So wait... what kind of pokemon ARE you? Are there non-combat kinds? I gotta admit you don't seem like the kind to pick a fight

Nn... yeah...

Oh, I'm a Jigglypuff! Uhm. I know some Jigglypuff are pretty strong and can fight. Some of my sisters are... but I prefer singing to fighting!

Singing? Guess it takes all kinds, whether pokemon or human or... otherwise.

Is there something wrong with having new teachers at this school? It's always nice to have more subjects to learn about... at least, that's what I think, anyway.

I don't have a problem with more teachers-- it's the logistics of the whole thing that doesn't make any sense to me. Shouldn't the school go out of its way to make sure it has a full roster of teachers BEFORE a semester starts?

That does sound more efficient, yes. Unfortunately, we can't get teachers to get apped all at once It would keep things a bit organized, but I can't help but think it's not as easy as it may sound.

Then explain to me how this whole thing is supposed to work. It doesn't seem right to me that wild, sentient beings who are entirely content with their day to day life are regularly captured by humans for various purposes. Sure, a lot of them may have good intentions-- but isn't that a really, REALLY messed up distortion of how nature is supposed to work?

Fill me in, please. I'd love to be corrected.

I can only speak for myself.

I won't pretend to know the answer to your question ba, because I don't. I don't know how to define a lifestyle (I guess that's what you would call it) for someone who already has a strong opinion on the matter, especially when I don't have the experiences that other pokemon do. I don't think you'll find an all encompassing answer very easily ba.

All I can do then is continue to question the way things are until I have an answer which makes sense to me. I suppose it might be too complicated to get a simple one just by asking about it, but it'll certainly help me frame my opinions.
