I'm back.
Went for a little trip. Needed to get my priorities straightened out. Obviously nobody missed me-- just as planned it should be. However, upon my return I went and talked to the administration. I haven't been talking much with all the old members of Sexkick... we probably won't be able to whip up a performance in time for this year's prom. Which, really, is the only reason I've ever had for going. Why is there always something stupid happening at this school? Everyone is walking around staring at the floor like they're embarrassed about something. Judging from what holiday just passed, I can ONLY IMAGINE what kind of bullcrap I thankfully missed while I was on sabbatical. Thanksgiving?
What do I have to be thankful for? Not a whole hell of a lot.
A roof over my head I guess. The bare essentials of modern living. The way of life to which I have become accustomed.
I have a lot more to be dissatisfied with than thankful for, but I suppose that doesn't make for much of a holiday, does it.

Huh. I lost a week there.
I'm sure nobody noticed, but I accidentally spent the last week boarded up in my room playing this new game, Borderlands. I picked it up right before Halloween, and all of a sudden it's freakin' November. Can't complain though, 87 bazillion guns was right. Settling back in.
I don't really know how I feel about not having a roommate these days. Sure, I enjoy my privacy, but I spent the last... long while... almost completely alone. I think the main improvement is that now I have four walls and a bed, and don't have to walk fifty miles a day ( Read more... ) -
Back in town.
And boy, has it been a while. I even forgot the password to my old journal account-- had to sign up for a new one. Sometimes it's hard to remember what's where around here, but sometimes it all just springs back into mind like I've never been gone.
