"They write what?" asks Sherlock.
"S'called slashfic. Look, there're ones about Torchwood, House..."
"House?"
"TV Programme. You'd hate it. These are about Doctor Who and some of it's quite," he reddens, "explicit."
"Ah well, people will gossip," Sherlock replies airily. "How many are there about Doctor Who?"
"Hard to tell. This group," John gestures at the screen and winces at a line that begins "Warnings:..." "has over 15,000."
"And how many about us?"
John's fingers fly over the keyboard, "Um. 73."
"Thousand?"
"Nope, just 73."
Sherlock throws himself on the sofa and sulks for the rest of the afternoon.
