"Er." He blinks.

She grins sardonically. "I was in hell?"

"Any time."

"You have such a way with words."

"Must I answer that? It's a mere technicality, in any case."

He grins, then. "And yes, I did."

"Fine. What did you think, then?"

He crosses his arms. "You didn't say you were going now."

"I was trying to figure out if this was a very good or a very bad position to be in."

He sighs. "I did not know. We shouldn't be gone long, Richard. You don't have to worry."

((And now we have to figure out which one of them left before the other woke up, I think. *laughs* You can decide that if you like, really.))
